Samsung Smart Care is a quick and easy way ofchecking the set up on your Samsung Android smartphone. MeetingMate (BETA) is a newapplicationdeveloped for enhanced meeting collaboration.• It is focussed at face-to-face meetings and ad-hocgatherings(“group huddles”)• MeetingMate provides a full suite of collaboration toolsincludingpresentation sharing, group notes, file sharing andinteractivewhiteboards.• Participants access to the meeting is fully controlled bythemeeting host to ensure that the security of the meeting canbeguaranteed.• Steps to use:• Launch MeetingMate and start the host server.• On successful server start, an IP address will be displayedwithoption to create the meeting.• On clicking create meeting option; the browser will belaunchedwith screen to create the meeting. Enter the meetingdetails(title, your name, slides, etc) and start enrolment.• In the enrolment view, other devices in the same network canjointhe meeting via their browser by entering the hostIPaddress.Alternatively, if the other devices also have MeetingMateinstalled,simple ‘scan’ and automatically connect to host to jointhemeeting• Once all attendees have joined the meeting, you are ready tostartthe meeting.• Once in the meeting, the host can pause, resume, close orhandover(via virtual meeting room) the meeting session.
